I’ve been away for a couple weeks. I went camping with my son during the great HF radio blackout of 2024. Fortunately, I survived. We were in an area with zero cell service, no repeaters, and no FM radio reception. Add in no HF radio either, and it turned out to be a pretty quiet weekend.
Last weekend I took Core-Vision 2 dayStructure Assessment class. It’s the 2nd time I’ve taken it. All I can say is I’m not very good at that stuff but I keep trying.
Anyway I did some testing of a common radio procedure when it comes to HF antennas to see if it holds water.
