I picked this up a few weeks ago to use in signal collection. I used it in the railyard and it seemed to work quite well. I did see a video on YouTube where a guy had one and it had a speaker so he could listen to the signals. This one doesn’t seem to have a speaker. I tried the same thing he showed and got no sounds. I will say it looked like he had it apart with a speaker soldered to it. I am teaching a private TacComms class next week where we will be getting more field use out of it.
