This is a pretty simple mixture for the mythical 100% encrypted comms. The use of a One Time Pad along with an encrypted radio. The solution to everyone’s secure tribe/group/team comms problem.
Side note: as a reader pointed out. It does not stop detection of your signal. Just encrypts the information being sent. You can still be detected and DF(direction find).

This is not 100% secure. They may not know what you are saying. But they know you are saying it. They know when you said it. They may even DF you when you say it, and know where you are.

When I say secure I mean unable to know what is being said. Not that they can’t detect you whoever “THEY” are
